If you know which therapist you want, great. If not, we’ll help you by placing you with a counselor who accepts your insurance and whose schedule and specialty works best for your needs.

Once scheduled, our office staff will ensure you have our location and feel comfortable in finding our office. If you do not fill out the paperwork online, you will be reminded to arrive early to complete paperwork before your appointment time.

Following these steps can help make your first experience before speaking with a professional simple. It will ensure you are given the appropriate help to guide you on your path to recovery. In addition to completing your paperwork, please be sure to read the tab concerning the information you will need to know before your first appointment. This tab includes the patient's rights as well as questions you may want to ask your therapist. Please note the highlighted CANCELLATION POLICY in this section. The HIPAA policy is also included under this tab. Please remember to bring your Driver's License and your insurance card (if applicable) to the first session.

1. Contact us to set your initial appointment. By Email us or phone: 972-910-8388. Our admin staff is available Monday through Saturday to answer questions and schedule appointments. If you miss us, leave a message, and we’ll return your call as soon as possible.
