Counseling Approach and Areas of Practice
Bransha enjoys working with children and adults, specifically, with individuals who suffer from life issues (depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, etc.).
Her approaches include trauma-focused cognitive, behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused therapy. Bransha describes the therapeutic relationship between a counselor and the client as a collaborative one. The client and the counselor should work together to set goals that will help enhance the client’s well-being and establish healthier patterns of relating to oneself and others. Bransha enjoys spending time with her family, baking, reading, and doing arts and crafts.
