Approach to Counseling:
Her theoretical approaches include trauma focused cognitive behavioral, cognitive behavioral, play therapy, and solution-focused therapy. She describes the therapeutic relationship between a counselor and client as a collaborative one. The client and the counselor should work together to set goals that will help enhance the clients’ wellbeing and establish healthier patterns of relating to one’s self and others.
